It is with great regret that we have to inform you that Authentik will be going into liquidation. Throughout the recession we have put forward all our efforts to survive despite cuts in spending to education, despite reduced numbers taking languages and despite huge challenges in the publication sector. Unfortunately, these efforts have not been enough and we will be closing the doors on Authentik Language Learning Resources Ltd.
We were unfortunately not able to complete the production of our Summer 2013 editions. We know that this means that some of you will not have received your full subscriptions for this year and we apologise for all the inconvenience this will cause. In lieu of the publications, we are providing all customers with free Digital Exam Practice Books to download here:

In Bocca al Lupo! Release
At last, a new and complete resource for Italian at senior cycle!

Authentik are due to launch our wonderful new Italian textbook, In bocca al lupo!, in early November 2010. The book has been developed in partnership with the Irish Department of Education and Skills and provides up-to-the-minute content, exercises and activities targeted at developing the 4 skills in Italian for intermediate to advanced level, perfect to take your students through the complete senior cycle.
The printed book and accompanying CD will be available from November 2010 but you can start using it in your classes now as the first three units, along with the accompanying Teachers Notes, are available free of charge to download here. Please note that these units may differ slightly from the final printed version, as we are currently in the final stages of editing for printing.
The book has already been piloted in a range of senior cycle classes with excellent feedback from both teachers and students. The draft table of contents attached here illustrates the thorough coverage of senior cycle topics through exciting and up-to-the-minute materials which this book provides.
The book will be priced at €38.00 and is a perfect resource to cover the full senior cycle, European Framework Levels B1-B2. We hope that you will consider using In bocca al lupo! with your students.
